ABC day ten.
fasting. first fast of this diet.
i’m going to drink coffee to keep me awake and give me energy. no sugar or cream. and whatever no-calorie drinks i want.
and some sleeping pills so that i’m not tempted by any hunger. but i can see myself jumping for calories as soon as it hits midnight.

ABC day nine.
weigh-in: 147.5lbs = only 1lb decrease from last week = sucks, but at least it’s not an increase.
Daily calories: Monster Espresso Energy drink = 90cal. some gum = maybe 10 cal.
Exercise: lots of running around in hot weather carrying lots of stuff.
Total: 100/500.

i just went to the store and bought a bunch of “healthy” food.
LUNCH: Healthy Choice Salisbury Steak and crystal light = 175cal.
SNACK: Keebler 100Cal. Packs Cookies’n Creme = 100cal.

Total: 0/200. and not even hungry.

The calorie limit set by ABC is 100, and I’m altering it slightly. I’m not going to eat anything above that. I won’t eat unless I feel like I can’t make it, which is unlikely seeing that it’s 5pm and I don’t feel hungry at all. However, I’m not going to restrict my liquids by calories today. ABC day four.
Yesterday went well. I went slightly over calories because of gum. Hah. I’m not too mad at myself though, because it was just gum.
Lunch: Mom-made hamburger (with condiments) = 305 cal. Snacks: Orbit Peppermint gum, three pieces = 15 cal. Monster Khaos drink (half) = 90 cals.
Total: 410/400. means i have to watch the gum intake.
I also weighed in recently. lost three more pounds....

Lunch: 280 cal. Drinks: 0 cal. Snacks: estimated 21cal. orbit gum = 5 cal. about 10 kernels [i put 3grams into the calculator] of white popcorn = 16 cal. 301/300 = fml.
